Who this list is for

You’ll rely on a broker’s support team at the worst moments: a withdrawal that hasn’t arrived, a verification document that keeps being rejected, a position closed during a fast market. If English isn’t your first language, the ability to explain that in your own language, during your own working hours, is worth checking before you deposit, not after.

The table above lists the brokers that offer support in multiple languages, with their minimum deposit and bonus. A translated website on its own doesn’t count: what matters is a support team that answers in your language.

Broker by broker

  • Titan FX: its support page says its “multi-lingual support team is available 24/7 via live chat or phone”, and its home page describes a multilingual client support team “on deck 24/7”. The specific languages aren’t listed. See the Titan FX review.

  • XS.com: its contact page offers a “dedicated multilingual customer support team” by live chat or email. Hours and languages aren’t listed there. See the XS.com review.

  • XM: support in 30+ languages, according to TradingFinder.

  • HFM: support in 27+ languages, 24/5, by chat, email and phone.

  • Exness: support specialists speak 14 languages, with 24/7 support in English and others.

  • FXGT: 24/7 multilingual support.

  • BigBoss: multilingual staff, including English, Chinese and Japanese, by email and live chat.

  • Axi and easyMarkets: multilingual support 24/5.

How to choose

  1. Test the chat before you register. Write in your language and ask something specific, for example how long a withdrawal to your local bank takes. A useful reply in your language tells you more than any badge on the home page.
  2. Check the hours against your time zone. “24/5” usually means while markets are open (Monday to Friday); “24/7” includes weekends, when withdrawal questions often come up.
  3. Check which channel speaks your language. Live chat may be multilingual while phone support is English-only, or the other way round.
  4. Read the terms in the language that counts. Many brokers state that the English version of their client agreement and bonus terms prevails. If you can’t read it comfortably, ask support to explain the parts that matter (withdrawals, bonus conditions, inactivity fees) and keep the reply.
  5. Keep everything in writing. Email and chat transcripts are evidence if a dispute escalates. Phone calls usually aren’t.

Notable caveats

  • Support quality isn’t regulated. Offshore licences require a complaints process, not support in your language. The licence still matters more than the language: see safest brokers and broker licences explained.
  • Japanese and Korean editions. If you live in Japan or Korea, our Japanese and Korean editions check Japanese- and Korean-language support specifically, for the companies that serve those markets.
  • Withdrawal problems need more than a helpful agent. If support stops answering, follow the steps in what to do when a withdrawal is refused.

Frequently asked questions

If a broker's website is in my language, will support be too?

Not necessarily. Translated websites are common; support in the same language, at hours that suit you, is less so. Some brokers also state that only the English version of their terms is binding.

Which brokers offer 24/7 multilingual support?

Titan FX's support page says its multilingual team is available 24/7 via live chat or phone, and FXGT also offers 24/7 multilingual support. HFM, Axi and easyMarkets support clients 24/5. XS.com describes multilingual support by live chat and email without stating hours on its contact page.

How can I check support in my language before opening an account?

Open the live chat before you register and ask your question in your own language. Note how quickly you get a reply, and whether the agent can answer account and withdrawal questions, not just sales ones.

Why does support language matter so much?

Most problems at offshore brokers, such as delayed withdrawals, document rejections and bonus disputes, are solved through support. Explaining a problem precisely is much easier in your own language.
