Advertising disclosure
Broker Atlas is funded by affiliate commissions. Links to brokers' websites go through an address on our site of the form /go/<broker>/, and if you open an account through one of them, the broker may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra. Commissions do not change the facts we publish or any broker's score. The featured broker shown first in lists is labelled "Featured".
How we make money
Broker Atlas is free to read. It is funded by affiliate programmes run by forex brokers. If you open an account with a broker after clicking one of our links, the broker may pay us a commission. Depending on the programme, that can be a one-off payment for a new client or a share of the trading volume of clients we refer.
The commission comes from the broker. You do not pay anything extra, and opening an account through our link does not change the conditions you receive.
How to recognise affiliate links
Buttons such as “Visit broker” and other links to a broker’s site go through an address on our site of the form /go/<broker>/ (for example /go/xm/). That address forwards you to the broker. Please treat any link through /go/ as one that may earn us a commission. Not every broker we cover has a partner agreement with us, and a broker’s place on the site does not depend on whether it has one.
Links to regulators’ registers, government sites and the official pages we cite as sources are ordinary links and earn us nothing.
What commissions do not change
- Facts. Every figure is recorded with its source and check date. See how we research.
- Order. Brokers cannot buy a calculated score. Lists show the featured broker first, labelled “Featured”, and every other broker in order of score. See our editorial policy.
- Warnings. Offshore licences, unconfirmed conditions and bonus or withdrawal restrictions are described in every review, including for brokers that pay us.
Before you open an account
Offshore brokers are regulated more lightly than brokers in the UK, EU or Australia. Read our guide to what a licence does and doesn’t protect, check the broker’s current terms on its own site, and only deposit what you can afford to lose. Trading leveraged products can lose you more than you expect, quickly.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay more if I sign up through your link?
No. Any commission is paid by the broker. Your account conditions are the ones the broker publishes for its clients.
Which links are affiliate links?
Buttons and links to a broker's website go through /go/
Does a broker that pays you get a better review?
No. Every fact is recorded with its source, calculated scores use the same rules for every broker (apart from the featured broker, whose overall rating is set by our editors and labelled “Editorial rating”), and weaknesses are described whether or not the broker pays us.
Do you accept sponsored articles?
No. We do not publish paid reviews or articles written by brokers.
