How we calculate this
Offshore conditions are those published by the company that opens accounts for each country's residents. Japan's rules are from the FSA; Korea's from domestic brokers' FX margin trading documents and KOFIA's investor guidance. The official pages behind these rules: Japan FSA: margin rules for OTC FX (2016), Japan FSA: list of unregistered firms warned, KOFIA: investor notice on FX margin trading, Kiwoom Securities: FX margin trading explainer.
