We reply by email to the address you give. We do not offer phone or chat support. Please write in Japanese, Korean or English.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. Include the page address, the figure or statement you think is wrong and, if possible, the broker’s official page or the regulator’s register entry that shows the correct value. How we handle corrections is explained in how we research.
  • Deleting your review. Tell us the broker, the display name you used and roughly when you posted. See the privacy policy.
  • Privacy requests. Ask what review data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Brokers and partners. Brokers may send corrections backed by an official source and partnership enquiries. Payment cannot buy a position or a change to a fact; see our editorial policy.

What we can’t help with

  • Personal investment advice. We compare published conditions; we cannot tell you what to trade or which broker suits your finances.
  • Disputes with a broker. We cannot recover funds or intervene with a broker. If a withdrawal is delayed or refused, contact the broker’s support first, then the regulator that licensed the company holding your account. Our guide to withdrawal refusals explains the steps.
  • Account support. For log-in, verification or platform problems, contact the broker directly.

Use the form to send us the page address, the figure you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the broker's official page showing the correct value. We check the official source and update the page if it differs.

Can you help me get a withdrawal from a broker?

No. We have no power over brokers. Contact the broker's support first, then the regulator that licenses the company that holds your account.

Can I ask which broker I should choose?

We do not give personal investment advice. Our comparison pages and reviews set out the published conditions so you can decide.
