Verdict
AMarkets offers very high leverage (3,000:1 on small accounts), raw-spread accounts and a 100% deposit bonus. Its main company is licensed in Mwali (Comoros), one of the lightest offshore regimes. Its Financial Commission membership adds a dispute route and a compensation fund of up to €20,000 per claim.
Good for: bonus users with $100+ to deposit; traders who want very high leverage on small balances; ECN traders who want low commission.
Not for: anyone who wants a well-known regulator; traders who plan to withdraw soon after claiming the bonus.
Company and licence
From AMarkets’ footer:
| Company | Where | Number | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| AMarkets LTD | Mwali (Comoros) | T2023284 | Licensed international brokerage and clearing company, supervised by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) |
| AMarkets LLC | Cook Islands | LLC14486/2023 | Registered with the Financial Supervisory Commission’s registry |
| AMarkets LTD | St Vincent and the Grenadines | 22567 BC 2015 | Registered with the FSA’s registry |
AMarkets says it doesn’t target EU/EEA, UK or US clients. It’s a member of The Financial Commission, whose compensation fund covers up to €20,000 per claim if a ruling against AMarkets goes unpaid.
What this protects: a dispute route outside the broker, and a capped compensation fund. What it doesn’t: no major-regulator oversight, no EU or UK compensation scheme. A St Vincent “registration” isn’t a forex licence. See offshore vs regulated brokers and broker licences explained.

From the leverage page, FX and metals:

|---|---|
| Under $1,000 | 3000:1 |
| $1,000–5,000 | 2000:1 |

Funding and withdrawals
AMarkets’ deposit page says all deposits are fee-free, methods include bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and local options (the full list shows in your Personal Area by region), and withdrawals go back to the exact card or account you deposited from. No third-party payments. Its FAQ says the finance department handles withdrawal requests within 24 hours, with no AMarkets withdrawal fee; arrival time depends on the method. Bonus
The “Double Your Starting Capital” offer:
- For new clients with a Standard account in USD on MT4, depositing $100 or more; you activate it by contacting support
- 100% credit bonus, up to $10,000 per client
- Withdrawable once you reach the required turnover, which the page gives as “the bonus amount / 3 USD”. We read that as lots (a $300 bonus would need 100 lots), but confirm with support; only closed trades on currency pairs, opened after the bonus and held for at least 3 pips, count
- Cancelled on any full or partial withdrawal, after 30 days without trading, or on a stop-out
AMarkets also lists cashback, a refer-a-friend scheme, a “switch your broker” bonus and other promotions. See how bonus rules work.
Risks and open questions
- Mwali licence: we didn’t check the MISA register
- Arrival times per withdrawal method are only shown after login
- The full Bonus Terms weren’t reviewed; the summary above is from the promotion page
Bottom line
AMarkets is a high-leverage, bonus-heavy offshore broker. If you take the 100% bonus, remember that any withdrawal cancels it, and start with an amount you can afford to keep at an offshore broker.
Compare: deposit bonus brokers, high-leverage brokers.
