IS6FX uses variable spreads that differ by account and says there's no fee besides the spread (no hidden mark-up), except the ECN account's $8 per lot round-turn commission. Its English instrument pages show reference values labelled in pips: on 2 November 2026, Micro and Standard showed EUR/USD 1.8, USD/JPY 2.8, GBP/JPY 2.9 and gold 3.5–3.6, and the ".pro" symbols EUR/USD 1.4 and USD/JPY 2.2. IS6FX says these fluctuate and are for reference only, and the figures change between page versions, so check live quotes in MT4/MT5.
How IS6FX prices trades
From IS6FX’s English spreads page, read on 2 November 2026:
- Variable spreads that differ by account type
- No fee other than the spread: no hidden mark-up or external fee
- Orders are passed to multiple liquidity providers
The exception is the ECN account, which charges $8 per lot round turn and doesn’t receive bonuses: IS6FX account types. IS6FX accepts most international clients but excludes residents of the US, Russia, Iran, North Korea and other listed countries, and says its service isn’t intended for residents of Japan: IS6FX review.
Reference spreads on the instrument pages
IS6FX’s Forex and metals pages list a spread for each symbol, under the heading “Spreads (pips)”, with the note: “The spread and swaps fluctuate. Please trade as a reference value.” Values on 2 November 2026:
| Symbol | Micro (.mcr) | Standard (.std) | “.pro” symbols | EX (.ex) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EUR/USD | 1.8 | 1.8 | 1.4 | 1.8 |
| USD/JPY | 2.8 | 2.8 | 2.2 | n/a |
| GBP/JPY | 2.9 | 2.9 | 2.3 | n/a |
| GBP/USD | n/a | 2.1 | n/a | n/a |
| Gold (XAU/USD) | 3.5 | 3.6 | n/a | n/a |
“n/a” means we didn’t record a value for that cell. Three cautions before you use these numbers:
- They’re reference snapshots, not averages. IS6FX doesn’t say how they’re measured or when.
- They move between page versions. IS6FX’s Japanese instrument page, read on 31 October 2026, showed EUR/USD 8.8, USD/JPY 13 and gold 7.7–7.8 for the same Micro and Standard symbols. Whether the gap reflects the time of reading, different units or different edition settings isn’t explained.
- The “.pro” account isn’t identified. The symbols suggest a separate account, but the account types page doesn’t list one by that name.
So treat the table as an indication of the relative cost between symbols, and read the live spread in MT4 or MT5 before trading. Background: spread basics.
Cost in money terms
If the English reference values are in pips, EUR/USD at 1.8 pips costs about $18 per standard lot on Standard, and 1.4 pips about $14 on “.pro” symbols. The Micro account trades 1,000-unit lots, so the same spread costs about $0.18 per Micro lot. For the ECN account, add the $8 round-turn commission to whatever raw spread you see. Check the arithmetic with the pip calculator.
When spreads widen
IS6FX’s FX trading sessions run from about 00:10 to 23:50 server time on most accounts. As at other brokers, spreads tend to be widest just after the open, before the close, at the weekly open and around major data releases. See news trading.
Other costs that matter more than the spread
- Swaps are listed beside each symbol; on EUR/USD Micro, a long position showed −10.32 and a short +1.51 on 2 November 2026: swap explained
- Withdrawals: the first each month is free; from the second, 2% or a flat $30 under $1,500: IS6FX withdrawals
- Inactivity: $10 a month after three months without trading

Frequently asked questions
What is IS6FX's EUR/USD spread?
Its English Forex page showed 1.8 on Micro and Standard symbols and 1.4 on '.pro' symbols on 2 November 2026, labelled in pips. IS6FX calls these fluctuating reference values, not averages or guarantees.
Does IS6FX charge commission?
Only on the ECN account: $8 per lot round turn. IS6FX says the other accounts have no fee other than the spread.
Which account do the '.pro' symbols belong to?
The instrument pages don't say. IS6FX's account types page lists Micro, Standard, 2000x Leverage, EX, ECN and Crypto; ask support which account trades the '.pro' symbols before choosing.
Why do IS6FX's published spreads look different on other language pages?
The tables are snapshots that IS6FX says fluctuate. Its Japanese page showed much larger figures (EUR/USD 8.8) on 31 October 2026, so the numbers depend on when the page was read.
