Vantage publishes starting spreads by account, not per-instrument averages: Standard STP from about 1.0–1.1 pips with no commission, and Raw ECN, Pro ECN and Cent from 0.0 pips with commission (Raw ECN from $3.00, Pro ECN from $1.50 per lot per side). Its site has a spreads page and live data; we didn't confirm USD/JPY, gold or Bitcoin figures.

To check the figures yourself, open a demo, switch on the Spread column in MT4/MT5 Market Watch and compare STP and Raw ECN quotes on the same pair at the same moment, at the hours you trade.
On EUR/USD, 1 pip on 1 lot is about $10. Raw ECN’s $3.00 per side is $6 round trip, about 0.6 pips. If Raw ECN’s raw spread plus 0.6 pips is below the STP spread at the same moment, ECN is cheaper.
