Short answer

BigBoss doesn't publish spread figures on its account comparison chart. What it does publish is commission: none on Standard and OMEGA, $2.5 per lot each way on Deluxe and $4.5 per lot each way ($9 round trip) on Pro Spread, its narrow-spread account. Check live spreads in MT4/MT5 (Pro Spread symbols end in .pro) before choosing.

The spread: the gap between buy and sell: EUR/USD Sell (bid) 1.10000, Buy (ask) 1.10019, Spread 1.9 pips, Cost on 1 lot: $19
BigBoss's EUR/USD spread is 1.9 pips, so 1 lot costs about $19 the moment it opens (1 pip = $10 on 1 lot).
BigBoss trading cost: 1 lot of EUR/USD: Standard account $19, No raw-spread account
What 1 lot of EUR/USD costs at BigBoss: $19 on the standard account (no raw-spread account). 1 pip = $10.

What BigBoss publishes

Account Spread Commission
Standard Not published (“top-class spread”) None
OMEGA Not published None
Deluxe Not published $2.5 per lot one way ($5 round trip)
Pro Spread Not published (“narrow spread”) $4.5 per lot one way ($9 round trip)

We didn’t find USD/JPY, EUR/USD, gold or Bitcoin spread figures on BigBoss’s public pages, and we haven’t measured them.

Comparing Pro Spread with Standard

Pro Spread is only worth it if its spread is narrower than Standard’s by more than the commission. For a USD-quoted pair like EUR/USD, 1 pip on 1 lot is $10, so $9 round trip equals 0.9 pips. If Pro Spread’s live spread is at least 0.9 pips tighter than Standard’s on the same pair at the same time, it’s cheaper. Pro Spread symbols end in .pro in MetaTrader, and Pro Spread trades forex only. More: spread basics.

Other trading costs

  • Swaps: BigBoss uses a “hybrid” calculation based on interbank rates and its hedging costs; triple swap is credited on Wednesdays. Crypto CFD swaps update three times a day and are charged on weekends too.
  • Crypto CFD closing fee: a short-term position closing fee can apply on Standard and Deluxe.
  • Withdrawals: $20 or ¥2,000 per bank withdrawal: BigBoss withdrawals.
