Overseas bank transfers usually take 2–5 business days and you must email the deposit slip to support; other methods credit in 0–1 business days and crypto in 0–2. Accounts are in USD or JPY. Deposits into eligible accounts earn the three-tier deposit bonus.

If your balance is negative and BigBoss has to offset it (credit offset or zero-cut), crediting a new deposit can take 0–2 business days. With no open positions, the deposit is applied after the replenishment; with open positions it’s credited without it.
BigBoss’s public pages don’t list a minimum deposit or fees per method, so check the Fund My Account page in My Page before you send money.
Getting a bank transfer credited
BigBoss says an overseas wire won’t be credited if:
- your MT4/MT5/CRYPTOS trading account number is missing from the remitter or “message to beneficiary” field
- the remitter’s name differs from your registered name (in the Latin alphabet)
After sending, email support@bigboss-financial.com your user name, remitter’s name, deposit date, amount, trading account number and the deposit slip. Contact support if it isn’t credited within 5 business days. The trading account number is your MT4/MT5 number, not your bank account number.
Card deposits lock funds for two months
Funds deposited by credit card within the past two months can’t be withdrawn. If you may need the money back soon, use another method. See BigBoss withdrawals.
Currencies
Accounts are denominated in USD or JPY. Transfers between accounts in different currencies are converted at the market rate. There’s no KRW account.
Deposits and bonuses
Deposits into Deluxe, Standard, Pro Spread and MASS Standard accounts (for users who first opened from February 2024) earn the three-tier deposit bonus, and BBC deposits earn 10%. Some coupons can’t be combined. Details: BigBoss bonus.
