BigBoss pays out by international bank transfer, BXONE and other methods shown in My Page. Bank withdrawals cost $20 (USD accounts) or ¥2,000 (JPY accounts) and usually reach you 2–5 working days after the fee is deducted; withdrawals above $50,000 take longer. You must be verified, funds deposited by card in the last two months can't be withdrawn, and no withdrawals are allowed while any of your accounts is negative.
Methods, fees and timing
BigBoss’s FAQ lists international bank transfers and BXONE as withdrawal methods, with others shown after login in My Page.
| Bank withdrawal | |
|---|---|
| BigBoss fee | $20 (USD account) or ¥2,000 (JPY account), per withdrawal |
| Arrival | Usually 2–5 working days after the fee is deducted |
| Large amounts | Above $50,000 usually takes a little longer |
The fee may vary with the country of the receiving bank, and it is set by your loyalty status at the time the withdrawal is processed, not when you request it (the waiver at Advanced status and above applies to withdrawals to banks in Japan only). The fee applies per request: BigBoss won’t merge several same-day requests into one fee, so cancel and re-apply with the full amount instead. Fees and times for BXONE and other methods aren’t published on the public FAQ.
What you can’t withdraw
BigBoss says you can’t withdraw:
- funds deposited by credit card within the past two months
- funds needed to maintain margin for your open positions
- anything while any of your Standard, Pro Spread, MASS Standard or CRYPTOS accounts has a negative balance; withdrawals from Deluxe accounts are also blocked in that case
The negative-balance rule follows from BigBoss’s replenishment system: a negative account is refilled from your other accounts before any zero-cut. See is BigBoss safe?.
Step by step
- Complete verification. Quick Open accounts can trade immediately but can’t withdraw until KYC is done.
- Log in to My Page and request the withdrawal.
- For bank transfers, have your bank’s SWIFT code ready.
- Track it under Fund History → Withdrawal history.
To cancel, go to Fund History → Withdrawal history and click Cancel application; a cancellation email follows. Once processed, it may be too late.
Bonus effect
A withdrawal cancels the deposit bonus in that account in proportion to the withdrawal relative to the balance. Redepositing later can earn the bonus again up to the cap. Details: BigBoss bonus.
Premier accounts
If a fund manager runs your account (Premier), BigBoss says withdrawal limits are set between you and the manager and that it can’t answer for a manager’s refusal. Treat that arrangement with extra caution.
Offshore context
BigBoss is licensed in Comoros and, through its partner company, in Mauritius. These are offshore licences without EU or UK-style compensation. Withdraw a small amount early to test the route you’ll use. Compare fast-withdrawal brokers and read our withdrawal refusal guide.

BigBoss says a bank withdrawal usually takes about 2–5 working days to reach your account after the fee is deducted, and a little longer above $50,000.
What are BigBoss withdrawal fees?
$20 for USD accounts or ¥2,000 for JPY accounts on bank withdrawals. BigBoss notes the charge may vary by the bank's country and is set by your loyalty status at the time of withdrawal.
Why can't I withdraw from BigBoss?
The causes in BigBoss's rules are: verification not completed (including Quick Open accounts), funds deposited by card within the past two months, funds needed as margin for open positions, or a negative balance in any Standard, Pro Spread, MASS Standard or CRYPTOS account.
