Balance tiers (Standard, Pro Spread, MASS Standard)
From BigBoss’s margin and leverage page, based on the total balance of all your accounts (JPY converted to USD):
| Total balance | Leverage |
|---|---|
| $0 – $19,999 | 1111:1 |
| $20,000 – $49,999 | 555:1 |
| $50,000 – $99,999 | 200:1 |
| $100,000 and above | 100:1 |
The ratio updates once a day, 10 minutes after the end of day (21:00 GMT in summer, 22:00 in winter). It applies to FX majors, minors and metals; exotics, energy, indices and crypto stay at their fixed levels. BigBoss’s own example: a user whose combined balance grows to about $53,500 by the update moves from 1111:1 to 200:1 on all those accounts.
Deluxe has separate leverage rules described on its own page.
Loyalty relaxation
Higher loyalty status (based on days traded) relaxes the limits: Advanced 1%, Expert 3%, Prime Elite 5%, Deal Master 10%. Deluxe accounts set to 2,222:1 using items aren’t eligible.
Margin call and stop-out
On Standard and Pro Spread: margin call at 50%, stop-out below 20%. BigBoss’s FAQ notes Deluxe stop-outs can happen even above 100% margin level under its own conditions, so read the Deluxe FAQ before using that account.
Margin example
BigBoss’s formula: rate × units × volume ÷ leverage. One lot of USD/JPY (100,000 dollars) needs $100,000 ÷ 1111 ≈ $90 at 1111:1, or $1,000 once you’re on the 100:1 tier. Try it in the margin calculator.
When losses exceed the account
Zero-cut applies, but first BigBoss refills a negative balance from your other accounts: is BigBoss safe?.
