Titan FX Leverage: Maximum Ratio and the Rules That Limit It

Updated 30 October 2026 · Written by Broker Atlas Broker Reviews Desk · Data checked by Broker Atlas Data Desk

Short answer

Titan FX's leverage depends on the account and instrument, not your balance. On FX, gold and silver it is 500:1 on Standard and Blade and 1000:1 on Micro; major indices reach 1000:1 on Standard/Blade; crypto is fixed at 100:1, US stocks at 20:1 and soft commodities at 50:1. Titan FX says there are no balance-based leverage limits. Margin call is at 90% and stop-out at 20%.

Margin needed to open 1 lot: 1:25 $4,400, 1:100 $1,100, 1:500 $220, 1:1,000 $110, 1:2,000 $55
At Titan FX's maximum leverage of 1:2,000, 1 lot of EUR/USD needs about $55 of margin (at 1.10). Leverage changes the margin you need, not the profit or loss per pip.

“Fixed” means the leverage for that product doesn’t change with your account setting. The headline cards on Titan FX’s accounts page show higher numbers (1000:1 and 2,000:1); the table above, from the dedicated leverage page, is the more detailed source.

No balance tiers

Unlike many offshore brokers, Titan FX’s help centre says there are no limitations on leverage based on account balance. A large account keeps the same leverage as a small one.

Margin call and stop-out

  • Margin call: Titan FX emails you when equity drops below 90% of required margin.
  • Stop-out: positions are closed automatically when margin level reaches 20%.

Titan FX’s example: with $2,000 of margin in use, stop-out happens when equity falls to $400. If a gap still leaves you negative, Titan FX resets the balance to zero after the next business day, subject to an abuse check: see is Titan FX safe?.

Margin example

Margin = trade size × price ÷ leverage. One lot of EUR/USD (100,000 euros) at 1.1000 is $110,000:

  • Standard or Blade at 500:1: $220
  • Micro: trades are in micro lots, so 1 Micro lot (1,000 units) at 1000:1 is about $1.10

Use the margin calculator and read about margin level.
