Titan FX says withdrawals are normally processed automatically within 1 business day; arrival then depends on the method: e-wallets immediately or within a business day, bank transfers 2–3 business days, crypto after an internal review of up to 48 hours. Withdrawals are free, except a 4% fee if no trades were made on the account. Money returns to the deposit source up to the amount deposited; profits can go by any method.

The 4% no-trade fee
Titan FX charges 4% on withdrawals from an account where no trades have been made. Deposit-and-withdraw without trading, for example to test the process, triggers it. If you want to test withdrawals, place at least some trades first, or accept the fee on a small amount.
The order money goes back in
Titan FX’s anti-money-laundering policy requires withdrawals to be refunded to the same account you funded from, up to the amount deposited. Titan FX may, at its discretion and after consulting you, refund to another account. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn by your preferred method. Titan FX also says it never pays third parties: the receiving account must be in the trading account holder’s name.
Step by step
- Complete identity verification in the Client Cabinet. Titan FX says SMS verification alone doesn’t enable withdrawals.
- Request the withdrawal from the Client Cabinet’s withdrawal section.
- Choose your deposit method first for the deposited amount, then any method for profits.
Why Titan FX withdrawals fail or get delayed
- Verification not complete: SMS-only accounts can’t withdraw.
- Wrong method: deposited funds must go back to the source first.
- Third-party account: the receiving account must be in your name.
- Crypto review: up to 48 hours of internal review before sending.
- Country restrictions: some e-wallets aren’t available in all countries.
If a withdrawal stalls beyond these times, contact support with the request details. Our withdrawal refusal guide covers next steps.
