Axi Withdrawal Guide: Methods, Processing Times and Fees

Updated 31 October 2026 · Written by Broker Atlas Broker Reviews Desk · Data checked by Broker Atlas Data Desk

Short answer

Axi aims to process withdrawals within 24–48 hours, every day including weekends. After that, cards, e-wallets and crypto arrive almost instantly, bank transfers take 2–5 business days and card refunds 5–7. Axi charges no withdrawal fees (crypto has a $30 minimum and network fees). Your deposit must go back to its source first, and a negative balance on any account blocks all withdrawals.

Processing and arrival times

Axi aims to process every request within 24–48 hours, daily including weekends (some methods wait for business hours). Arrival times then start:

Method After processing
Credit/debit card Instant (card refunds 5–7 business days, up to 10 in some countries)
PayPal, Skrill, Neteller Instant
Crypto Instant
Apple Pay, Google Pay 1–2 business days
Global/international bank transfer 2–5 business days
Local transfer: Thailand, Japan, China 2–5 business days
Local transfer: India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam 1–2 business days
Local transfer: South Korea Usually immediate; up to 1–2 business days if reviewed
Local payment agent 1–3 business days

Bank holidays can add time. “Instant” can still take a few minutes.

Fees and minimums

  • No Axi withdrawal fees, whatever the amount or method.
  • Crypto: minimum $30; the network fee is paid by you.
  • Minimums by method: card and Neteller $5, PayPal, Skrill and Google Pay $10, Apple Pay $1; local methods vary.
  • Intermediary banks may deduct fees before the money arrives.

The withdrawal order: return to source

Axi’s RTS rule is mandatory:

  1. Your deposit amount goes back to the method you used, card by card if you used several.
  2. Only then can profits go to any available method.

Example from Axi: deposit $1,000 by card, balance grows to $1,500. The first $1,000 must return to the card; the remaining $500 can go elsewhere.

Exempt: money deposited by global bank transfer or a local payment agent. If your card has expired or been cancelled, the refund can still go through while the linked bank account is open.

Also note: the requested amount leaves your equity immediately, even while pending, so check your margin before withdrawing with open trades.

Why withdrawals fail or get stuck

From Axi’s articles on failed and late withdrawals:

  • Not fully verified. Withdrawals, profits included, are held until your account is verified. Bank accounts must also be verified (up to 24 hours) and in exactly your name.
  • A negative balance on any Axi account blocks withdrawals from all of them until it’s cleared. As an SVG client you have no negative balance protection.
  • Open positions reduce the withdrawable balance.
  • Wrong details: account number, SWIFT/IFSC code, crypto network or a bank statement missing the bank name, code, holder name, account number or SWIFT/BIC, or older than 6 months. Rejected amounts go back to your trading account.
  • Third-party accounts aren’t allowed; such requests are cancelled.

If it’s late: check the status under Funding History, wait for the processing window plus the method’s arrival time, then contact Client Success with your withdrawal ID, date, amount and account number. For card refunds your bank can’t find after 7 business days, ask Axi for the ARN code and tell your bank it’s a refund.

Cancelling: possible only while pending or processing, and not guaranteed.

Before you rely on it

We haven’t withdrawn from Axi ourselves; the above is Axi’s published process. A small early withdrawal is the best test. More: withdrawal refusals, fast-withdrawal brokers, Axi deposits, Axi review.

Frequently asked questions

How long do Axi withdrawals take?

Axi aims to process requests within 24–48 hours. After processing: cards, e-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller) and crypto are near-instant, card refunds take 5–7 business days, international bank transfers 2–5 business days.

Does Axi charge withdrawal fees?

No, for any amount or method. Banks may deduct their own fees, and crypto withdrawals have a $30 minimum because of network fees.

Can I withdraw profits to a different method?

Yes, once your deposits have gone back to the methods you used (return to source). Deposits made by global bank transfer or a local payment agent are exempt from this rule.

Can I cancel an Axi withdrawal?

Possibly, while it still shows as pending or processing. Contact the Client Success team at once with your withdrawal ID; Axi reviews cancellations case by case.

Why can't I withdraw from Axi?

The usual reasons are return to source, open positions using your margin, a negative balance on any of your accounts, incomplete verification, or a method not available in your country.
