Axi Bonus Guide: Every Offer, Its Terms and How Withdrawals Work

Updated 31 October 2026 · Written by Broker Atlas Broker Reviews Desk · Data checked by Broker Atlas Data Desk

Short answer

Axi has no permanent welcome or deposit bonus. It runs campaign promotions from time to time and sends them directly to eligible clients by email or WhatsApp; if you haven't been notified, nothing is active for you. When a campaign gives trading credit, it can't be withdrawn, and any withdrawal or internal transfer before the campaign ends removes it.

Current offers

On 31 October 2026 Axi’s help centre says:

  • No permanent welcome bonus, and no fixed or ongoing one.
  • Promotions are campaigns, offered periodically and not always available.
  • They’re sent directly to eligible clients by email or WhatsApp, and depend on eligibility, account type and region.
  • If you haven’t been notified, nothing is active for your account.

We couldn’t see any current campaign’s percentage, cap or dates: they aren’t published on the help centre. Each campaign has its own terms, shared when you’re notified.

How campaign credit works

When a campaign pays a bonus, it’s trading credit. From Axi’s withdrawal-and-bonus article:

Situation What happens to the credit
You withdraw before the promotion’s expiry date Credit removed (on the Axi app, deducted instantly if you click “Withdraw anyway”)
You make an internal transfer Counts as a withdrawal: credit removed
Your equity falls below the credit amount Credit removed; open trades may be closed
Your cash balance goes below zero Credit removed; you must settle the negative balance
The promotion expires Remaining credit removed at 23:59:59 UTC on the expiry date

Two points stand out compared with brokers that run permanent credit bonuses:

  • The whole credit goes, not a share proportional to the withdrawal.
  • The credit doesn’t absorb losses. Axi says it raises your usable leverage but doesn’t offset trading losses, and SVG clients have no negative balance protection (is Axi safe?).

Worked example

Say a campaign gives $100 of credit on a $500 deposit, and the campaign runs for 30 days.

  1. Your equity starts at $600 ($500 cash + $100 credit).
  2. On day 10 you’re up $80 and withdraw $50. Because you withdrew before the expiry date, the full $100 credit is removed; your equity is now $530 of cash.
  3. If instead you leave the money in until day 30, the credit is removed at 23:59:59 UTC that day, and you keep your cash balance, including any profit.

The figures are illustrative; real campaigns set their own amounts and conditions. Currency conversion applies if a requirement is in a different currency from your account: Axi’s example is a $100 minimum deposit equalling about €91 at 1 EUR = 1.10 USD.

Cashback and partners

Axi’s help centre doesn’t describe a cashback scheme for clients; we didn’t confirm whether third-party cashback through an introducing broker affects campaign eligibility. Promotions may depend on your introducing broker configuration. Background: cashback explained.

If you want a bonus

Axi isn’t built around bonuses. Compare brokers that publish standing offers: deposit bonus brokers, all bonuses, and read how bonus rules work. See also Axi no-deposit bonus and the Axi review.

Frequently asked questions

Does Axi have a welcome bonus?

No. Axi says it doesn't offer a permanent or fixed welcome bonus. Promotions run on a campaign basis and depend on eligibility, account type and region.

Can I withdraw an Axi bonus?

No. Axi says bonuses are trading credit and not withdrawable. Withdrawing funds before the promotion expires removes the credit.

How do I know if I'm eligible for an Axi promotion?

Axi sends active promotions directly to eligible clients by email or WhatsApp. If you haven't received a notification, Axi says there are currently no active or eligible promotions for your account.

Does Axi bonus credit cover losses?

No. Axi says trading credit increases account leverage but doesn't offset trading losses. If your cash balance falls below zero, the credit is removed and you must settle the negative balance.
