Updated 31 October 2026 · Written by Broker Atlas Broker Reviews Desk · Data checked by Broker Atlas Data Desk

Short answer

FXGT publishes only minimum ("from") spreads per account: ECN Zero 0.0 (plus $6 per lot on FX), Low Spread 0.5, Optimus 0.8, Standard 1.3 and Mini 1.5 pips. It doesn't publish averages or per-instrument figures for USD/JPY, gold or Bitcoin on its account page, so check live spreads in MT4/MT5.

The spread: the gap between buy and sell: EUR/USD Sell (bid) 1.10000, Buy (ask) 1.10019, Spread 1.9 pips, Cost on 1 lot: $19
FXGT's EUR/USD spread is 1.9 pips, so 1 lot costs about $19 the moment it opens (1 pip = $10 on 1 lot).
FXGT trading cost: 1 lot of EUR/USD: Standard account $19, Raw / ECN account $11
What 1 lot of EUR/USD costs at FXGT: $19 on the standard account, $11 on the raw account (spread plus round-trip commission). 1 pip = $10.

From FXGT’s account types page, checked 31 October 2026. FXGT doesn’t say which instrument these minimums apply to, and doesn’t publish averages, so the real cost at a busy or quiet moment will differ. We haven’t measured FXGT’s spreads.

Reading the numbers

  • “From” is a floor. Spreads widen around news, at rollover and in quiet markets.
  • Commission adds to the spread. On FX, 1 pip on a standard lot is about $10, so ECN Zero’s $6 adds roughly 0.6 pips. On the minimums, ECN Zero (≈0.6) and Low Spread (0.5) are close; check live spreads before choosing.
  • Mini lots are smaller (10,000 units), so its dollar cost per pip is a tenth of a standard lot.

Background: spread basics. Commission, leverage and stop-out differ by account too: see FXGT account types, and use the pip calculator to price a spread in your account currency.

Frequently asked questions

What is FXGT's lowest-cost account?

On published minimums, ECN Zero (from 0.0 pips plus $6 commission on FX, about 0.6 pips) or Low Spread (from 0.5 pips, no commission). Both need $100. These are minimums, not averages.

Is the ECN Zero commission charged twice?

FXGT says the $6 flat FX commission (and $7 on precious metals) is charged once, at trade opening.

How do Mini account spreads compare in money?

Mini lots are 10,000 units, so a 1.5-pip spread on one Mini lot of EUR/USD costs about $1.50, a tenth of what the same spread costs on a standard lot. The pip figure is higher than Standard, but the money per trade is smaller.

When do FXGT spreads widen?

As at most brokers, around the daily rollover, during major news and in thin early-week trading. Published 'from' figures are floors, so compare accounts at the times you actually trade, over several days, and on the pairs you actually trade.
