AXIORY is operated by Axiory Global Ltd, licensed by the FSC of Belize (4496214), alongside Tradit Ltd, licensed by the FSC of Mauritius (GB21026376). AXIORY says it keeps client funds in segregated accounts, has balances audited by a third party, is a Financial Commission member and gives negative balance protection on all CFD accounts. Both licences are offshore: no statutory compensation scheme applies. We have no withdrawal record of our own: we did not open an account.
The companies
From AXIORY’s footer and licence page:
| Company | Registered | Regulator | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Axiory Global Limited | Belize, reg. 000005723 (formerly 127090) | Financial Services Commission of Belize | 4496214 |
| Tradit Limited | Mauritius, reg. 179444 | Financial Services Commission, Mauritius | GB21026376 |
| LFA International Ltd | Cyprus, HE422638 | Not a broker: processes card payments | n/a |
Axiory Global Limited owns and operates the website. Its legal documents (terms, risk warning, AML policy) are published separately for each company, so read the terms you accept to see which one is yours. Card payments aren’t offered to Tradit clients. You can check the Mauritius licence on the FSC Mauritius register.
Protections AXIORY describes
From its safety page and negative balance protection page:
- Negative balance protection: “your account never goes into negative, and you never owe any money”.
- Segregated accounts: client funds kept separate from AXIORY’s own.
- Third-party audit of client balances.
- Financial Commission membership: an independent dispute body with a compensation fund.
- Transparency: monthly execution and slippage statistics and MT4 historical data are published.
- Security: optional email confirmation for every withdrawal and passkey log-in.
We didn’t find the name of the auditor or of the banks holding client funds on the pages we read.
What the offshore licences do and don’t protect
Do: both companies need a licence to operate, file with their regulator and can be sanctioned or lose the licence. Mauritius and Belize keep public registers.
Don’t: there’s no statutory investor compensation like the UK’s FSCS, no EU-style leverage caps (hence 2,000:1) and no local regulator if you live elsewhere. AXIORY’s own negative balance protection and the Financial Commission are contractual and private, not government schemes. More: offshore vs regulated brokers, FSC Mauritius, fund protection.
Our withdrawal record
We have no withdrawal record of our own: we haven’t opened an AXIORY account or withdrawn. AXIORY’s published rules: processing within 1 business day, card and wire 3–10 business days, $10 fee under $200. See AXIORY withdrawals.
