Step 1: register
Exness’s help centre says the key information is an active email address and a mobile number that works in your country of residence, plus your personal details. Register via the sign-up button on exness.com.
Choose your country of residence carefully: Exness says the registered region decides your available payment methods and can’t be changed later.
Step 2: verify
To keep the account operational you provide:
- Economic profile (questions about your finances and experience)
- Proof of identity (POI): issued by an official authority, showing your name, age and photo. It doesn’t have to come from your country of citizenship.
- Proof of address (POA)
Exness says verification can take up to 24 hours, and some regions accept a single document for both POI and POA. When you upload, you pick your country and document type and the Personal Area shows acceptable examples. Completing verification also unlocks all payment methods.
Step 3: open a trading account and deposit
Opening trading accounts is free. Pick from Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Raw Spread or Zero (Exness account types). You must make a successful first deposit before trading. Partner codes
Exness’s public help doesn’t explain adding a partner code after registration. Its Rewards page says the loyalty programme is available even if a partner referred you. Register through the partner link if you have one.
Platforms and login
Exness offers MT4, MT5, Exness Terminal (web) and the Exness Trade app. In the Personal Area, open My accounts to see each trading account’s number and server; MetaTrader uses the trading account password you set. You can also set a read-only (investor) password there. Which platform: MT4 vs MT5.
