MYFX Markets Withdrawal Guide: Methods, Processing Times and Fees

Updated 2 November 2026 · Written by Broker Atlas Broker Reviews Desk · Data checked by Broker Atlas Data Desk

Short answer

At MYFX Markets you request withdrawals through the Client Office, and funds can only go to an account in the same name as your trading account: a company account can't pay out to an individual. Crypto CFD positions can't be withdrawn as coins unless you funded with crypto. MYFX's English pages don't publish withdrawal methods, fees or processing times; its Japanese FAQ describes a separate payout for each deposit, each with its own fee. Read the bonus terms before withdrawing if you took the welcome bonus.

What MYFX publishes

From MYFX’s English funding and withdrawals FAQ, read on 2 November 2026:

Item MYFX’s terms
How to request Through the Client Office
Receiving account Same name as the trading account only
Company accounts Can’t withdraw to an individual’s account in a different name
Crypto No coin withdrawals unless the account was funded with crypto
Methods, fees, times Not listed on the public English pages

That’s thin. Before you deposit, ask MYFX support in writing which withdrawal methods are available in your country, what they cost and how long they take, and keep the reply. MYFX doesn’t serve the US, Australia, Canada, the EU, Iran, North Korea, Belize or Russia, and says its site isn’t intended for residents of Japan.

How the Japanese FAQ describes fees

MYFX’s Japanese-language FAQ gives a worked example that suggests how payouts are structured. A client deposits ¥20,000, ¥30,000 and ¥40,000 separately, then withdraws ¥50,000. That withdrawal is processed as two payouts (the ¥20,000 and ¥30,000 deposits), and the fees total ¥4,000: roughly ¥2,000 per payout. The FAQ doesn’t say which methods this covers, and the English pages don’t repeat it, so treat it as an indication, not a published fee.

If the same structure applies to you, several small deposits mean several fees when you withdraw, so fund in fewer, larger amounts. The Japanese FAQ also says card deposits are returned to the card and profits go by bank transfer.

How to withdraw

  1. Log in to the Client Office.
  2. Open the account transaction area and choose Withdrawal.
  3. Pick the trading account, amount and method.
  4. Enter receiving details in your own name and submit.

Bonus and withdrawals

If you took the 50% welcome bonus, its effect on withdrawals is set out in MYFX’s separate bonus terms, which the web page doesn’t summarise. At most offshore brokers, bonus credit can’t be withdrawn and shrinks or disappears when you withdraw, so read the terms before your first request: MYFX Markets bonus.

Withdrawing with open positions

A withdrawal lowers your equity and margin level. MYFX warns at a 90% margin level, starts closing the largest losing positions below 50%, and stops out at 20%, so leave enough free margin: MYFX Markets leverage.

If a withdrawal is delayed

  • Check that the receiving account name matches your trading account exactly.
  • Contact support in writing and keep copies.
  • The licensed companies are MYFX GROUP LIMITED (Seychelles FSA, SD202) and MYFX Group (Union of Comoros, L15835/MYFX). Note which one your agreement names before raising a complaint: is MYFX Markets safe?.
